Thanks, but I refunded the game. Can't expect customers to spend hours troubleshooting when there are so many other options available these days. Will avoid for now.

Hi Afm Craig If the solutions i gave above do not work you could also try these.

First step

On the desktop, press the Windows keys + R ;

Type: wsreset.exe ;

Hit enter ;

Do the test.

Second step

Click the following link to Fix Microsoft Store app issues .

Third step

Run Windows Update Troubleshooting ;

Restart the computer;

Open Windows Update and try to install the update. (If you do not have the latest version of Windows 10 Version 1903).

Fourth step

To reset Windows Update:

Press the Windows keys + R ;

Type: CMD ;

With the right mouse button , click on the Admin Command Prompt and select the Run as Administardor ;

Type the commands below and press Enter after each line or copy and paste to the Command Prompt:

netsh winsock reset all

netsh int 6to4 reset all

netsh int ipv4 reset all

netsh int ipv6 reset all

netsh int httpstunnel reset all

netsh int isatap reset all

netsh int portproxy reset all

netsh int tcp reset all

netsh int teredo reset all

Restart the computer and verify that the error remains.

Step Five

1. Press the Windows keys + R ;

2. Type: Control ;

3. Click Network & Internet > Network and Sharing Center ;

4. In Network and Sharing Center, click the option: Change adapter settings ;

5. Now right-click on Ethernet and select Properties ;

6. Will open an Ethernet Properties window ;

7. Select TCP / IPv4 click the Properties Button ;

8. On the General tab Select Use the following DNS addresses ;



Preferred DNS Server: 4.2.2.2

Alternate DNS Server: 4.2.2.4

Perform the tests.

Step Six

Persisting try to perform a system restore to a date when it was working normally.

Press the Windows + R keys ;

Type: RSTRUI ;

Click on Ok ;

Click Show More Restore Points so that more date options to restore appear, and then choose a dated point prior to this issue;

Continue on the screens until the restore begins and completes.

Important: System Restore will leave the computer as it was on the date you choose, that is, if a program was installed after the date you chose, the program will not appear installed after the restore, and so on. Files and personal data are not lost,
such as documents, music, videos, photos and more.

Try disabling any antivirus or firewall that you might have on and try again. Also try shutting off your pc completely for about 15 to 20 mins and try again

A really good idea is to contact a microsoft certified technician about problems that aren’t readily answerable.... they’re paid to know most everything. Good luck brother.
