Outer Worlds (PC Gamepass) Save File Sync Issue

I have been playing The Outer Worlds on PC Gamepass for the past few days on two different PCs. I have the same issue every time.

When I move from one PC to the other to play them game, the save files aren't up to date.

Until today I would delete the local files and force the game to re-sync. But apparently the game didn't upload my last set of save files

the last time I played, so I am missing the newest files from my previous session on my home PC. Why does the game not sync properly. For people like me who play games on more than one PC this is a real issue. I've rarely had this problem on STEAM games.
It would also help if there was an indicator that showed that your saves have been uploaded to the cloud after a play session.

Is there a way to view your cloud saves?

Some times the server can have some insues to update the data in realtime, that depends of the networks and that can be the problem. Try use the DNS 8.8.8.8 and check the update of the Saves online. I Suggest you first look and report the insues to the

Has the machine without the save created the save file location on this PC?

Saves are stored here:

C:\ Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\The Outer Worlds Windows 10

I think I've found what the issue is as well as the solution. A big thanks to Pete._.M for the help on this one. Couldn't have done it without them.

When you install the game, it creates a local game save folder and uses that by default. It is syncing cloud saves, but the local saves take priority and the cloud save is ignored. Found, what I think, is the solution on this. Steps Below.

On the machine having issues syncing, go to C:\Users\YOURUSERHERE\Saved Games Delete the Outer Worlds folder.
Reboot the machine.
Sign into game pass on the other machine, launch Outer Worlds, load into your most recent save, quit game.
Go back to the problem machine, and launch Xbox beta and then Outer Worlds

The most recent save should be pulled down from the cloud. This worked for me, hopefully it will work for you too.

Are you trying to sync The Outer Worlds across different PCs or are you just playing on one PC, and it gets stuck on syncing? If you go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking what does it say for "NAT Type" and "Server connectivity"? I mention specifically
for The Outer Worlds because the PC and Console versions of the game are different and not Play Anywhere, so console to PC syncs would not happen regardless. They should for Gears and Ori (I think Ori, not 100%, though).
