    So I got Outer Worlds Yesterday via Game Pass for PC and played a solid 5-6 hours. I had saved multiple times. I logged in tonight and the only option on the home screen was "New Game".

    I checked my files which are on: Local Disk(COuter Worlds PC (Game Pass) won't detect Game Saves or let me put the saved files into the... :)>Users>Saved Games>The Outer Worlds Windows 10>_LOCAL_ they are all in there. So they did save.

    However when I access the actual Game through:

    Storage Space(FOuter Worlds PC (Game Pass) won't detect Game Saves or let me put the saved files into the... :)WindowsApps>PrivateDivision.TheouterworldsWindows10_1.0369.0_x64_hv3d7yfbgr2rp and try to copy the Save files and put them into this folder I get an error saying: "There is not enough space on PrivateDivision.TheouterworldsWindows10_1.0369.0_x64_hv3d7yfbgr2rp.
    You need additional 1.22 MB to copy these files." Which makes no since because I have 787 GB of free space left on the Hardrive.

    Can anyone help me figure this issue out? Thanks.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    Some users playing Outer Worlds for Windows have experienced a bug with saves where the game does not properly place the saves in the right folder. Basically the "_LOCAL_" folder is not the right place the saves should be in, rather a folder in the same
    path that is just a random numerical string. That is the folder you need to move the saves to from the _LOCAL_ folder. The path through WindowsApps is the game directory with the program files that is locked from accessing unless you change permissions, which
    is not recommend and that is not where saves for Outer Worlds go anyway.

    Yesterday I started playing The Outer Worlds on Xbox Game Pass on PC. I put about 14 hours into it so far and have loved it. After eating lunch I just got back on to play and I only have the option to start a new game now. I don't see the save files in my computer and after talking to support he said it should be in cloud saves and to hold and he'd be back with a solution then he hung up on me.

    Hi,

    Many Game Pass games have their saves in the AppData folder.

    I haven't tried Darksiders but I know this is where many saves go as the saves for The Outer Worlds for Game Pass are located there.
