    my first post ever... how annoying is this? A $60 game that wont even load. Urgh. Microsoft; seriously? You owe us all a fix and an apology immediately. Seriously... the first game i download from you (not from Steam, and this is what i experience????).

    i didn't have any problems playing it, it must be your system, because i've beat it 3 times now, not a single glitch, sorry to hear about your disappointing time with the game, but its not the game itself that is the problem.

    Outer Wilds MixPot reward no longer launching

    This may just be a theory but I'm willing o bet it could be possible. There could be a coding error in the Microsoft Store that has the Outer Wilds and the Outer Worlds accidentally listed as the same game because of how similar the titles are. I would go
    with what the mod said and for sure contact Xbox/Microsoft support as well as contacting the developer/publisher again and seeing if they know anything about there being any store issues anywhere else.

    With my theory, whenever the Outer Worlds comes out next week... maybe access to the Outer Wilds will be restored if its some sort of store glitch. Just a hunch.

    Thanks for your help. I check one and two, but I have the same problem. I didn't find an option to remove microsoft account. The problem is only with this game, for ex I can play outer world without any issue.
