    Getting those messages on my win10 PC:

    Outer worlds is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    I have tested with Untertale as well (small to download and test) and the same error.

    This is the account I am using,

    What I have tried already, and nothing helps

    -> I am already with latest win10 version

    -> Change to US region

    -> Set VPN

    -> Remove and reinstall the game

    -> Remove and reinstall the XBox app

    I still have no luck but this error finally popped up "The Outer Worlds is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001", I do not understand this... Also the game was not pre downloaded.

    Hey, I found a post saying to install/download any different non game pass app from the store (I did microsoft's email app) and now i can play my game pass games again

    I got the same error message with Tyranny Gold Edition in the GamePass App. In the end I got it to work by going to the Windows Store and installing it from there; was quick, because it recognised the files already present on the drive. I guess it just "fixed"
    some DRM stuff, after which I could start it from the Windows Store as well and the GP app. As this was a quick and simple solution, I suggest anyone in this situation give it a try. Good luck and happy gaming!
