    Outer Wilds Mixpot


    Last year I watched the E3 Conference on Mixer. I immediately recieved all Mixpot rewards except the Outer Wilds Pre-order. A couple days later on June 18th, I recieved a message from Xbox Live saying the Pre-order was granted to my account. It never showed
    up in Ready to Install or My Games and Apps, and it doesn't show up in my Order History.

    Now that the game is out, when I checked the store it says I can install through Game Pass or Buy to Own. It says I don't own the Game.

    So was I actually granted the reward in the first place?

    Hi, a couple suggestions for you:

    -Double-check your
    order history    , as you should see the game there if you received the MixPot. (Go back as far as June 2018, as the MixPot was given out in that month.) If you do see the order there, what probably happened is that you did get the MixPot but the game now
    has a different page in the Xbox Store than the temporary one it did at the time the MixPot was awarded. Search for the game in the Xbox store now and it should tell you that you own the game and give you the option to install it.

    -If you don't see the order for the game in your order history, visit the
    MixPot FAQ     page to review the steps to take to make sure that you're eligible to receive a MixPot reward. I would note that there is a link here regarding getting help with a MixPot, though unfortunately I'm not sure if anything can be done in this case
    since it has been more than two weeks since the event in question.

    I tried Power Cycling the console like you suggested, but it didn't seem to work. It still says Buy to Own on the App and Xbox Store.
