Outcome of recording is not as expected

Discus and support Outcome of recording is not as expected in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; DVR is not working ok anymore. I been recording my gameplays in Win. 10 with it without problem but from a few days it has problems. I have it config....     Outcome of recording is not as expected


    DVR is not working ok anymore. I been recording my gameplays in Win. 10 with it without problem but from a few days it has problems. I have it config. to record up to 2 hours; it records 10-30 minutes and when I go to see the video file just recorded 50
    seconds or so. Indicator says recording is fine as I'm playing for 10-30 minutes but when I stopped it says that the file is only 50 sec. What is happening? It was working alright...

    Yes, that's right, seems to be related to certain games, like rocket league or cs go but minecraft and mount and blade seem to work fine. Anyway, in the past I recorded them without problem, the issue starts a few weeks ago. What is strange is that the counter
    indicates that is recording, just the clip that is shorter than expected. Thanks.

    I have config my DVR for recording up to 2 hours and was working fine. But since a few day to now the video clip from my gameplay is just 50 seconds or so long, even when as playing the counter says that was recording 10-30 minutes. Why? What happened? Some
    solutions? I can not found solution on the web. Thx.

    Well, news: Seems to work when I record first time a game... Yesterday it worked with Mount and Balde, today no more. Seems that nobody knows the answer to this problem.

    HI MaoKatz11, We observed a similar report a few months back about only recording a few minutes of gameplay but we haven't seen that issue in sometime. Some users identified the issue was related to the content for some products may limit your recording
    or what can be recorded. Can you try reproducing the issue using a previously recorded content that was successful and see if it records past 50 seconds? If the issue continues please report the issue so we have logs submitted to the developers to investigate.
