Outage

My network status looks like this, and xbox live is still down (even though it says it is back up on the status page)

Anyone got an idea on how long this will be going on for?

 

Good evening. Try unpluged the console and internet router for 2 minutes and plug. Its resolve many of the situations.

Thanks for the inquiry but it seems our service alert is still up! Check the
Xbox Live Status Page but the services affected are Buying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases! That will still show up past the service alert sometimes since the console would need to refresh, the simplest way to do so would be doing
a
power cycle. Check it out and let us know if we can further assist with this or any other matter!

 

It says only the store was down, but in the UK and such, even here in the US, some people have their "Xbox Live Core Services" down. Like me. Seems like you guys up at Microsoft need to get your stuff together.

I can't use half of my games because xbox live is down. When I test multiplayer, I get error code 0x0000000000000000. The one that's not on any Xbox Support Page, and not even on Xbox Help ( Found this out on the phone app).

 

Plus I already tried the power cycle. Three times over again.

Thanks for posting your concern and letting us know, but it seems our service alert is still up. Check out Xbox Live Status.

as stated by Nestor
the services affected are Buying items,
Redeeming codes, or Downloading purchases.

These services will be affecting your games and items, but you may try to trouble shoot the content by refreshing the Xbox.

Try uninstalling the account from the console and reinstalling the account.

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One then power cycle the console again.
(make sure you know your email and password).

I just removed my account, and it won't let me add it back on. Error code 0x80a40019
