    1. Which Call of Duty title are you seeing issue with, specifically?

    2. Are you playing on an Xbox One or Xbox 360 console?

    3. Are you using a wired or wireless connection to connect the console to Xbox Live?

    4. What happens when you try to play? If you're seeing any specific error messages, please include a picture of those in your reply.

    5. Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue? If so, let us know what specific steps you've already tried so we don't retrace anything.

    Hey Kieran!

    Thanks for the inquiry but it seems our service alert is still up! Check the
    Xbox Live Status Page     but the services affected are Buying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases! That will still show up past the service alert sometimes since the console would need to refresh, the simplest way to do so would be doing
    a
    power cycle    . Check it out and let us know if we can further assist with this or any other matter!

    Good evening. Try unpluged the console and internet router for 2 minutes and plug. Its resolve many of the situations.

    I was about to say the same exact thing. Its really ridiculous!! I was online for hours until about 8pm i got signed out. Im seriously considering switching to PlayStation. Im sick of xbox excuses for crappy service?!!!!!
