    Does anyone elsr feel that microsoft is abandoning their dedicated customers to persue new ones? Like all af my friends used to love xbox now they just feel like eveything that they used to love about xbox ix being abandoned to persue people who arent
    gamers. I for one am abandoning xbox next generation and xbox was my first console ever and has been my prefered until the xbox one. Xbox is out of touch they dont understand the needs and desires of their player base. Biggest thing i dont like is that they
    are pushing for more connectivity in a terrible way. They're trying to force it on people rather than adding it as an optional feature. An xbox is a game system not an entertainment system and should be treated as such. And please for the love of God understand
    that most people are on metered internet connections with limited download speed, stop making internet more and more necessary for the enjoyment of gaming... I cant even get my achievements without internet and as an achevement hunter with over 60k points
    thats just stupid unnecessary and often infuriating considering every other system on the market is much more relaxed in its connectivity requirements. So in generall more connectivity as an option not a requirement. But perhaps the most annoying fact about
    microsoft is that even though almost every xbox gamer i know feels that xbox is headed down the wrong path xbox just keeps on trekking along that awful path. We told you when you tried to pull that crud with the Xbox one requiring internet, we wont have it.
    I hope that when project Scarlett sales plummet a year after release you abandon this course and head in the direction gamers want otherwise the console wars are over

    They will never please everyone. I for one am pleased with the console and have no real complaints.

    Sorry that you feel that way about the Xbox ecosystem. I for one own every console for this generation (multiple Xbox ones and Switches). I feel that Microsoft is the best one of the bunch.

    Just a few reasons

    1. I feel like Phil Spencer has a gamer mentality, he wants what is best for the gamers.

    2. New studio Purchases. I can't wait to see what games the Studios Microsoft just purchased come up with.

    3. Best Controller on the market - both the regular and the elite.

    4. Great Eco System - I love the Achievements and the community surrounding Xbox.

    The switch is fun, I enjoy playing that system and really enjoy the fact that it's portable. I rarely turn on my PS4. I just can't get motivated to play the games they have and I feel like their Environment is Clunky and hard to Navigate.

    Everyone has a different opinion on what they like. I hope that you at least give Microsoft a chance when the next generation comes out, if the rumors are true they are going to have options and one might be right for you.

    I also feel the exact opposite and some of these points are incredibly inaccurate from my perspective.

    Consoles need to become media centers in order to attract a wider range of customers. As a true gamer myself, bringing more people to the platform is only beneficial.

    As for the connectivity piece, what is being pushed down your throat? Almost everything is going to be more internet-enabled. I'm sorry that you don't have the best service where you live. I do hope that works out better for you.

    Hi, unfortunately for you gaming platforms are moving with the times. The majority of gamers are wanting more online gaming content. To see this you only have to look at the success of PUBG and Fortnite, along with the miriad of other online multiplayer
    games. Yes we still need games that you can kick back and play solo but the gaming industry is following the trend of hooking up with friends online and gaming.
