Out of stock!! SERIOUSLY?

I've been trying to get the 12 month gold but now it's out of stock like come on it's not as if this is some 3rd party providing these codes this is Microsoft in itself so how can they run out of stock period? When will the next lot be in because I was kind
of banking on getting that instead of buying gold atm.

Hello when will you be restocking the 25 dollar visa prepaid card. I see that you restocked the reward credit and controllers but the 25 dollar visa prepaid card is still out of stock.

Basically what i am seeing is they made a huge mistake thinking that omg, they actually want to claim these rewards we offered. So in order to keep from going bankrupt,and to not officially go back on our word, let's make everything worthwhile and only allow
them to claim the garbage that has no monetary value. Thanks for screwing us microsoft. Guess i will just have to go back to buying discs instead of buying games digitally anymore.

Is there any update to this question from last month? I think it's a bit ridiculous we are getting notified to spend our credits/gems, when in fact, there is nothing to spend it on. I am sure most folks would want to use them on the $10 or $5 rewards credits.
How are these "out of stock" at all, considering these are digital items?
