Out of stock on all rewards for Microsoft Rewards

I have over 2000 points to use and there are almost no items in stock. I would really like to be able to get money on my xbox account or get a gift card woth my points. Please respond soon!

I was on Xbox Live Rewards to try to claim a reward cause I had 625vip gems but almost all the rewards were out of stock like the credit cards and I was wondering if I could exchange the vip points for like 5$ of Xbox Microsoft points

Can't Get My Rewards Points For The Money I Spend In The Microsoft Store. VIP Vault is Out of Stock?

I Always Have To Beg For The Rewards Points For My Purchase From The Microsoft Store. And When I do finally get them i never get the 6% Back like I'm supposed to. And how does the Microsoft store Run out off stock of everything in the VIP vault? Come On
your telling me that Microsoft is out of stock of it's own Reward points. Yes for 250 gems I could get a 5000 Microsoft Rewards points. But no they are out of stock wtf how does that happen . Give me a break. Stop being so cheap and fix this NONSENSE

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one
Microsoft Rewards point".

If one gem equals one Microsoft Rewards point , and I have 500 Microsoft Points, that's roughly about 50 cents worth, because a $5 gift card is about 5,000 points.

Whereas if I were to redeem them through Xbox Live Rewards, 500 gems would get me 10,000 Rewards credits - if only such a thing were not "out of stock" - how does that work exactly except that Microsoft chooses for it be out of stock, so they force me to either
put up with giving me a tenth of the value or having to buy something useless like Overwatch wallpaper?

We did a series of restocks over the last few months. Since the program is ending in your region, if you wish to spend your Gems in the Vault, you must use them on the current prizes in the Vault before the final transition to Microsoft Rewards.

You got it right, convertion rate will be 1:1.

They have been restocking the Vault lately, but I agree the most requested prizes get out of stock pretty fast...

Wait for the standard response they will give you. Some rubbish about "we restock the vault regularly, be sure to check back soon"!!!! Its a lie, they have not restocked it in weeks. They are going to let the switch over date come about and then give everyone
a shocking deal in making their Gems into points that will be with about 90% less than they are now!!

Thanks Microsoft for treating your loyal customers like mugs!!
