Out of Snyc Gamerscore

Today I setup another xbox 360 in a different house, and when I downloaded my profile the gamerscore was around 1500 when in fact I have 1965. Anyway to fix this?

console won't recognize wireless controllers at all

using the controller via the cable,try holding in the snyc button while the controller is turned off,keep it pressed while turning on the controller then wait and see if it connects.dont let go of the snyc button until it does.

Uninstall the game again , and reinstall. Then do a hard reset and delete local saves and then start the game it should snyc properly after

Have you tried singing out and signing in again? Or, waiting some time? There have been known problems with Out-of-Sync Gamerscore.

Please also make sure you are signed into the exact same profile as on your other console.

Hi xNUMEROUSSHADOW, thanks for the early reply. When I was there I tried signing out and signing back in, and it still didn't change. I waited maybe 20 minutes later and turned the system on again, still no change. I don't have access to the console at the
moment, so I don't know if it is fixed.

Can you try earning another achievement and seeing if it possibly fixes itself when you have access to your console again? Or, can you try waiting a week or two? Sometimes Gamerscore restoring can take a while.

Did you also try deleting your profile and downloading it again?

To do that:

Go to your Xbox 360 dashboard. From there, go all the way to right right into the 'Settings' tab.

Then, Press 'System'. Then press 'Storage'.

Select your storage device, then head to 'Profiles'. Find yours then press A on it.

You should see a buttons that says Delete. Press it.

Now you only want to Delete your profile ONLY.

Then, make sure you are signed out of all profiles, then press the Xbox Guide button on the controller.

Press Download Profile and then enter your login credentials.

Hey, MrCrazyKool! This is actually a known issue, if it is what I think it is. It's likely the exact amount of your Xbox One achievements missing from it. Since it's showing up accurate on the forums here and on your profile, your achievements are still
there. The 360 sometimes only likes showing just the 360 achievements. I've experienced this myself. It takes some time, but they will come back on there.

The issue is that when you download your profile on 360, for some reason it forgets you have anything on Xbox One so it does not display that, hence it looks like you have a lower gamerscore on 360. The way to force it to update is to earn an achievement
on Xbox One, then go back to your 360. Your 360 should just update to include all your gamerscore from One.

 

Thanks Maxen13! I didn't check, but it should be fixed now because I just got a bunch of achievements from Titanfall on xbox one =)
