    I bought the xbox one at a Microsoft store in the US. I have now moved to India. I have a hardware problem & the x-box needs to be replaced according to the tech support. The unit is still under warranty. However their warranty policy dictates that the unit
    can be replaced only in the region it was bought. This is ridiculous. You cant expect me to travel to the US to replace my x-box? Now that xbox one is available in India why can't they support it?

    Is there any alternative way I can get it fixed?

    Xbox doesn't listen to certain commands.

    Alimicoz, thanks for that but I'm actually in a supported region; I live in the United States. I didn't know that all regions weren't supportive of the feature though; that's pretty dumb!!

    Out of Region Console?

    It means the Xbox you purchased was probably from a different region than you, because it was refurbished by a company that probably bought it from another region. The first option means they'll repair it for you, but not change the local settings. The second
    option means they'll take your console, code it to the localized version so that it is compatible with more things, and change it from the localisation of the place the Xbox is originally from.

    Ok if that doesnt work try taking the game back to the shop and getting a different copy check the back of your GTA box and see if its the right region sometimes shops sell you different region games that work on some but not on other pcs.

    it just worked for me after i tried running it after it finished installing <3 THANKS MAN!! :) last time i ddint restart that acouldve been one of my other problems but now it works!! thanks!!

    have you tried uninstalling the game then restarting your pc and installing GTA IV again?
