    Out of options, need help


    I am at the end of my rope with my Xbox One X scorpio edition. I have had issues with voice chat since I received it at launch and as of today it is impossible to chat with friends as the audio is full of static. Below are the steps and info that I have
    tried since this progressed till this point.

    * I have 3 Xbox One S consoles in my home. The 2 Mics and many controllers I have tested on my X all work fine on those 3 consoles.

    * I can hear my friends perfectly in both mics. One is an official headset and the other is an Astro A50. Both suffer from the same issue on my X

    * I have worked with Chat support and performed everything they have asked and nothing has solved this issue.

    * I have reset my console twice

    * I have cleared my Mac Address a couple times (This provides what seems like 1 min of clear talk with friends before returning to static)

    * Reset my modem and router

    * Removed all connections of my Astro and messed with every setting possible...

    * My scorpio edition controller never worked.. not even for listening

    * Tried 4 controllers including an elite..

    * Removed my console from the beta ring of the xbox preview followed by another reset.

    * Moved my console from the right of me to my left to see if anything was causing the issue in the air.

    Nothing has solved the buzzing my friends hear from whatever mic I try.

    Chat support has not offered to get it fixed... they seem to not understand why I am having these issues. I am not new to troubleshooting and have been a loyal Xbox fan since the original launched.

    I have read that this exact issue has hit people as early as 2013 but there is no clear solution and not much has popped up in the last year that I could find.

    What do I do? Any ideas.. solutions.. anything. I am desperate.

    I have watched videos of people manging there team from the sidelines as if they where playing as the couch, is there anyone who could tell how to do this? as it would be cool to try out

    Don't think that's what you saw when you're playing myplayer or mycareer whatever it's called you can watch the game from the bench when you're not playing

    Need help removing payment option!

    You can't remove a payment option that is currently tied into Gold. You should however be able to add a new payment method and select it as your new primary payment method through the site linked or at commerce.microsoft.com. Do that while you wait for Gold
    to run out, turn off automatic renewal, then remove your old Paypal account if you wish.

    Would you please try to remove and add your credit card as a payment method on your Microsoft account?

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

    After you remove and add it again, try to complete the subscription purchase on another device. If you are trying to subscribe to it on the console, try on the mobile or on the computer.

    Also, on the computer, try to use a web browser on an Inprivate / Incognito tab to see how it goes.

    If nothing works, please let me know.

    What type of card is it and does it support online transactions ?

    Sometimes has to be enabled.

    If it's a prepaid visa giftcard well roll a dice and pick another one

    ,you have to register billing info and allow online transactions ontop of that it's a 50/50 chance prepaid cards aren't made for gaming
