Out of nowhere, can't play any of my games online.

Earlier today I was just fine and playing some Nba2k19, and at some point I guess I had lost connection to the servers or something so I tried to restart my console and force quit the apps and things like that but it seemed I always got some sort of connection
error such as 'failed to sync data' 'we couldn't get your latest saved data'; I figured it was probably a 2k issue but I quickly realized each of my games on the console are doing a similar thing, and I can't even sign into xbox live either and it says that
ill "need internet to do this". I originally asked the community and I was told to reset my mac settings in the advanced internet settings thing and ever since then I'm still having this issue.

Should be noted, my Xbox live isn't expired- and I do have full internet connection, using my laptop on the same network as my xbox as well.

Every single game fails to sync, and I can't connect to multiplayer so I'm not sure what to do.

Hello Show,

As of right now there is nothing going on as far as service alerts. You can check it

here also. Go to settings>network>network settings>adv. settings>alt mac address clear and restart. See if that helps.

The strange thing is, when I got to check the status is says "The following services are experiencing issues : " And it literally says nothing aside from giving me a link the check the status of xbox servers. I'm going to attempt to power cycle and
I'll reply here with an update.

Yeah, I've done that a few times and I haven't had any change. Also power cycled my router with no success.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Does an error message appear when you

test the network and multiplayer connection? The article we provided shows how to access those connection tests. The best option to take in the event of a network issue is to power cycle your router/gateway for five minutes. Once the router has been power
cycled, you can
power cycle the console through the settings. Be sure to let us know the results!

and since the issue could be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a >Soft
Factory Reset<
(while keeping games and apps)
IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup
lets do manual setup as this will update the OS. Also,(without sounding repetitive) power cycle the network hardware by unplugging it for a full 5 minutes. Give it
a shot and let us know of any changes!
