The enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to possibly have your suspension lifted.

It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to just file a complaint and block communications rather than respond.

OneBgBdArtemis; As you already know, TrueAchievements.com and Microsoft are very different companies and neither are responsible for developing or publishing ArcaniA: Gothic 4 (Yes, I looked you up on TA and read your post about this there as well as your
achievement solution there), that would be JoWood and Spellbound Entertainment. Microsoft is no more responsible for the quality of the game than they or Sony would be responsible if EA released a badly coded Madden game.

As far as you being reported on TA as cheating, from what I can see, you have not been marked as a cheater. You have only had somebody request an investigation into your obtaining an achievement that, until now, has not been obtainable by anybody else. Of
course that is going to raise a few eyebrows. Your TA account (which has nothing to do with Microsoft and they have no more control over what TA does than what TA has over what Microsoft does) has not been closed or changed to Non-stat tracking. Microsoft
hasn't reset your Gamerscore. If, as you continue to state, you did in fact unlock the achievement legitimately (and I'm not making a statement one way or another about that, as I don't own the game and have no direct knowledge of it) than you have nothing
to worry about as somebody will be able to reproduce what happened and you will be vindicated. This has nothing to do with money.

And, in all honesty, coming to a Microsoft tech support forum to complain about the rules and policies of a different, and completely separate company, will not get you the result you desire. Sorry.

By the same logic you are using, Fred Meyer, WalMart, and/or Game Stop (or whatever retailer you want to pick) should be held responsible for selling disc based games which don't have all of the achievements available. Games like HellBoy, for instance. The
Xbox marketplace is simply another store front. Does Microsoft get some profit selling games that way? Sure, but so does any retailer who sells a new disc.

As far as integrating with TA, you might as well say Microsoft should have some say in how Facebook or Twitter is run because they have some integration with those sites as well.

I get your frustration, I really do. Like I said before, just because another player says "Hey, I think he might have cheated," doesn't mean that TA or Microsoft is going to agree with them after looking into the accusation.

If you honestly believe that Microsoft should have more say over TA, etc., then perhaps you should post in the feedback forum rather than in tech support.

Ok, then maybe I have the wrong idea about who profits from games on demand. And what I can't figure out then is how XBox, microsoft, whoever might happen to maybe be incharge at the time, can decide to fully integrate a website, who has an underlying purpose
of helping the gaming community gain achievements via boosting sessions, or any other legitimate means when it was once grounds for gamerscore resetting, and still not help in situations like this. It's like no one wants to take the time, on the individuals
in charge side, and say hey, yeah this is doable now but you need to buy this this and this, or some explanation given as to why it IS attainable in a legitimate way. THAT is my underlying frustration in this. NO ONE wants to take responsibility, and I personally
DO think microsoft should own up to the fact that they knowingly sold a still broken game on the market place WITHOUT a word of warning that said game is still in disrepair and made a profit from it. Look, it if was free, I'd never say a word about it, but
it wasn't, we, who did buy it, bought it with OUR money, it was NOT given to us. I want someone to be held accountable. If it means dragging everyone involved in it, no matter how slight, then so be it. Responsibility for our actions, especially as a prominent
multi-billion dollar company, demands that someone step up.

What I'm asking for here is for microsoft to contact their partner TA and say hey, yeah, with the new dlc for Arcania, this particular achievement IS attainable. I guess I wouldn't be here if microsoft hadn't embedded TA with the X1, an APPlication to download
and run. But association gives the impression of some sort of partnership between the two.

I worked out how to reproduce the lines:

Force power off the Xbox One then power on, the lines intermittently appear during full screen TV playback. To get rid of the problem put the Xbox One into standby then "Xbox On" and the lines have now gone.
