    Out of date guide


    Hello,

    I am new to this forum so hopefully I am posting this in the correct location; I apologize in advance if I am not. My problem is that oneguide is out of date with my local TV provider's channel listing, and I was wondering if this is a Microsoft problem
    or should I contact my local TV provider and have them look into the issue?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    one guide out of date

    Mediacom cable, zip 19975. A lot of channels added recently, one guide is out of date.

    Hi,

    I've started two support chats with Microsoft on the same topic and have discovered at least one other user (besides yourself) with the same issue (link below). I was told that, at least for my particular issue, that no time frame was available for a fix.

    Talk talk tv have changed their channel numbers so one guide is out of date for them. I think one guide needs an update. Any support much appreciated!

    Thank you, I have seen this help guide before, and i hope some people find it useful, in my case unfortionatly it doesnt, i regularly clear my guide and retune hoping for better results, my best guess is that the guides freeview channel data is simply out
    of date on microsofts end, placing unfamiliar channels at the end of guide with no programming infomation.
