Out dated server

Discus and support Out dated server in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When i try to play with friends on minecraft i cant!! It says can not connect to server.     A lot of devs/publishers hand over server issues to who ever it is that runs the servers. If you could find out which company runs the servers for the games you want to finish, it may be easier for you to get a rough date on when they plan to ditch certain
    games.

    Sounds like they might be turning off the servers (or at least put it only one old server) for periods of time to save some money. I don't blame them, but they could at least make it transparent and give a date out for when they plan to turn the server functions
    on again.

    I've started two support chats with Microsoft on the same topic and have discovered at least one other user (besides yourself) with the same issue (link below). I was told that, at least for my particular issue, that no time frame was available for a fix.

    Try this out IneptGank ->Try syncing the time and date settings in windows to the
    time.windows.com server.

    Windows Vista/ Windows 7: Right click on the time in the taskbar, and click adjust date and time, then go into the internet time tab, and click change settings. Set the server to time.windows.com, and click update.

    Windows XP: Right click on the time in the taskbar and click adjust date and time, then go to the internet time tab and check the server, make sure its time.windows.com, and click update.

    If its not able to sync, check your windows updates, and make sure your PC is up to date, sometimes Windows Update can cause the time sync to not go through.
