Our Xbox one does not complete set up and Error comes up E101 00000503 8007045D

Generally E101 error means the hardware is failing and the console will need repairing.

Scroll down to E101 section in this support, System update solution startup error and follow the steps in
order.

You state you used "zip drive" which I assumes means you attempted a offline system update (OSU1). If you are using a wired ethernet cable connection to your network hardware, make sure it's disconnected from the console prior to using OSU1 again.

Try the Reset this console option from the troubleshooting menu keeping games and apps first. If that fails try Reset console deleting everything, a last resort.

You will need your account details (password, email etc) to setup the console again.

One final thing, if the console is enrolled in a Insiders preview, OSU wont work unless you unenroll the console from the preview beforehand.

If all of the above fails the console needs to be repaired.

Wanted to add : i am getting an error code when it fails to update or reset with the message on top being -SOMETHING WENT WRONG. .with error code E101 00000503 8007045D

Just noticed that the above error code was from the second attempt. First code was different: E101 00000503 80070003

recceive E101 90060007 8007045D error

For completeness sake, when attempting an update with the system update offline diagnostic tool i received the following
