"Our service isn't working right"

    "Our service isn't working right"


    Hi guys, i've looked into a lot of different forums and nothing has been helpful. This is my first time playing again after months of not playing.

    I've removed my account from the Xbox (and now it won't let me log back in), held the power button for 10 seconds and turned it on again after, I've removed the plugs, waited 30 seconds, and turned it back on. Nothing.

    My network is fine, but it says the xbox servers are having issues. I can't connect back to my account and I can't connect to Xbox live. So it seems to be a problem on their end. However no one else is reporting this? I'm in NSW, Australia.

    There is currently a service alert up affecting the ability to play digitally downloaded games but Xbox is aware and working to fix it https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

    I recommend that you turn off all the systems that use the internet and then reset your router once the router is restarted and that this one starts up again the computers that use internet one by one, including your xbox
