Hi there,

if you are using the same xbox live account on the console as you do in the forums then your account does not show as Gold, in that case be sure to check your subscription status at
Sign in to your Microsoft account and at
http://billing.microsoft.com it may show a reason for not having Gold.

If you should have gold and it somehow ended before it should, it's best to contact Xbox Support to have them check what happened. To contact Xbox Support (Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) use
support.xbox.com/contact-us

I also have the same problem, i had al lot go xbox live gold periods before. Yesterday i could still play every game and now xbox shows me a message that my current profile not allowed is to play on xbox live. I did nothing with the settings or anything….?

Jesper0172, if you look at your name here in the forums you will see that it is silver and not gold at the moment.
