    I recently got a message saying "you're playing this on another console" when I got on my game my stuff was gone. I changed my password but he is still getting in. I also deleted any other devices. What should I do?

    You will need to contact phone support by clicking this link here. If you are able to answer their questions they will be able to give you the e-mail to the account,
    however, you will need to reset the password yourself by visiting this page
    here    .

    You would need to be able to answer their questions, if you can't then you won't be able to get the e-mail.

    I guess it's really difficult for you to open up his gamer profile and select the following options:

    >Mute player

    >Block communications.

    Most options would require you to know the email address at the very least to recover the account. Information about resetting your password can be found

    here    . However, your best option is likely to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and they can try to look it up with information about you such as the Gamertag and your name, etc.
