"Others can see you online" set to BLOCK but companies can still show my child's online...

say you are playing destiny 2, you are actually playing on bungies servers therefore xbox privacy settings don't extend to that, people looking over xbox live would not see his status if the block setting is on, but if you are in the actual game then others in that game can see you.

The only other thing I can think of is your content settings are stopping the child account from actually deleting the content, have you tried with the adult account?

If he has a child account you can block allot of options from the privacy and online settings.

You can do it in the online safety settings on the Xbox one by going to settings 》 account 》privacy and online safety or by going to this link: http://account.xbox.com/settings

Make sure this setting is set to friends or everyone:

Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites.

Also do you have an adult or child account, as parental controls might be blocking it

Hi! First do you have the child account set to allow friend friend requests or to block them? If it is set to allowed then the child can approve it themselves however If set to Blocked, the adult account must approve all friend requests. Here is a link
