Other paying option then creditcard

Thanks for your time. But will there be a option. That you can pay otherwise then your creditcard ? Like with prepaid card's or anything else.

why can i dont pay with creditcard, when i pressing pay button it says error and a code that looks like 238id-87e9c-4839gkc- not exacly. I try again and again but same message

You can add Xbox gift cards to your account which will add money on your account to purchase content (it cannot be used for subscriptions).

You would need to contact phone support and explain the situation to them. Until the balance is cleared by them either zeroing it out or you paying for the outstanding balance you won't be able to redeem any sort of prepaid subscription cards or Microsoft Points
on that account due to the suspended message you're getting.

It's best if you reach out to phone support directly for this particular situation and explain exactly what's going on for them to be able to better
assist you.

You could purchase an xbox live subscription card through most major retail stores or online and redeem the code through your xbox or on xbox.com

press x at the purchase screen

but subscriptions are creditcard only not prepaid subscription cards
