Other devices on my account

Discus and support Other devices on my account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; We have 2 extra devices showing on our microsoft account. We have deleted them but they have reappeared. Can anyone explain this? thanks... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by TV fed3xw, Aug 12, 2019.

    Hi TV fed3xw,

    Have you or anyone else ever signed in on another xbox? If so this may be the reason you see other devices on the account. My son has done this before at friends or family so he can play games while away from home.

    Yes but we deleted the devices to just show our xbox one. 2 of the devices have since reappeared when weve logged into our microsoft account. Is someone trying to hack us or mess with our heads??!!

    Have you changed your passwords for any account this is connected to? If so select the option this is not my home xbox, then try the remove xbox action again to see if it works. There's no way of removing an account remotely

    See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    Step 5 ----Select request a call from support



    Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Also, try reporting it
