Hey there i am contacting you for my brother, about he's account GT: BUBBLEsking1

I have been contacted by my farther about my brothers xbox account he has be permemently banned from the enforcement team and i have looked into it and have seen why.

he has told me about seeing a youtube thing or Facebook thing about people selling item for money and want to get scoter parts

i have told him this is agaisted the microsoft code of conduct

i am wrighting to you today to try get this account unbanned and have had a talk to my brother about this and my farther has witch is every upset as he has spent a lot of money on this account and the xboxlive.

he didn't know that this was against the code one conduct.

if you can contact me back asap that would be great

WHY DID U GIVE MY SON A FALSE XBOX BAN?

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Your brother would have to go to the enforcement site
here & file for a case review if eligible.

The code of conduct tells you what is & what isn't allowed on xbox live.Not reading & knowing the CoC is not a valid excuse.

If your other account is not able to connect, then it either has its own suspension as well or it's s different issue. Account suspensions don't spread to other accounts.
