other account banned

so, first of all, this is another account than the one I actually want the support on, because whatever I try and to do on that account, it says I can't go there, not even the forums or support.

so I got banned on that account for about 3 years ago, because I was trying to get some friends (apparently not friends) their information for fun because I was bored and didn't have a headset at the time so I sent them messages
and they reported me for it, but I was still young (14) and didn't really know what I was doing, but right now when I want to go on my Xbox again and see what games I have on there, I just got remembered I got banned and was thinking if there is a possibility
to get unbanned for this stupid mistake back then.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

Unfortunately there is no way to get that account back. Bans older than 12months are no longer eligible for case review.
