What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Can I get someone banned?

The best thing to do is to get through to Xbox Live on the free phone number, speak to technical support and then say 'other account questions'. Tell the person that answers that you want to speak to their supervisor, then tell them that your 'friend' has been threatening you etc... He will then ask for his Gamer tag, and will ban him for 1 day. Call back saying the same stuff 2 more times and he will be banned FOREVER.

It doesn't hurt to claimthat he was being discriminatory. They take it very seriously

No, once an account is banned all content associated with it is forfeited.

There would be no point banning an account if you could just swap everything over and carry on.

BUT as long as you do not delete anything from that banned account off of the console you CAN still use it but once you delete it you would have to re buy it again on the other account.

Hello, so to me this picture is funny and me personally wouldn't consider it as "Nudity". XBox on the other hand feels different as the have removed the pic and banned you for one day. This statement that you made "who reads a whole bit of TOS NO ONE!" does not make it OK!! If they made TOS it was for a reason and maybe if it was actually read you would have thought twice about the picture you were trying to use. Your account will not be banned forever so take it easy on that. The one day suspension is for you to learn by your mistake.
