    OSU2 Offline Update file is Corrupt and unusable


    I bought a second hand Xbox One and it won't boot. Trying to reset it gets stuck at 66% every time. I'm trying to download OSU2 to do and offline update but when I extract it, several of the files are corrupt. I have downloaded it multiple times and get the same issue every time.

    My USB drive is formatted to NTFS and is completly blank. I know that's not the probably because I accidentally downloaded the OSU1 file first and moved it over without any problems.

    Error code 0x800701e7 when downloading on xbox one

    attempted offline update OSU2 received error code E101, think there is a corrupt file in the file. Updating now with OSU 1, waiting to see of this resolves the issue.

    Hi,

    Tried that. Indicated that i should offline install OSU2. Downloaded OSU2, extracted files and performed offline update. Gave me error E101 00000504 8B050041 every time.

    Alright Nich, in this case mate, since it was after the update that this had happened, try to offline update it:

    In the link above go to the tab: "Download OSU1 System Offline Update File"

    If your console is the Original Xbox One:

    Important! For Build 6.2.9781.0, use the OSU3 Offline System Update file. For all other builds, use the OSU2 file.

    Go to the tab: "Download offline update file from OSU2 or OSU3 system"

    Have you checked if there's any update for the store?

    Colors are brighter and washed out in games when HDR is active on Xbox Series X

    How odd. Try to offline update it, because this is probably a software issue.
