osu1 update information

ok so my xbox bricked the other day and i have since replaced, however i thought i could either move this one on if repairable or use it as a 2nd console for my kids or whatever anyyyyyyyyyyways.

i was enrolled in the insider hub program when the console decided it wanted to die mid update as it seems it has for plenty of others, so i have since bought a new HDD and flash drive, installed everything and all looks to be well, however i get either e106 or e101 , with says go the route with the OSU, however from my understanding on the one X if you were part of the insider program, then it doesnt matter if its a fresh HDD or not , you cant do anything until the OSU updates ?

so is this correct.

how do i find out when the update is coming?

and is there any workaround ?

No you dont use OSU

That is only for regular consoles

FOR ALL insiders issues use the regedit/xboxinsiders

To fix most update fail issues first download the insiders hub on a windows 10 pc

Unenroll your console

Thwn wait a few mins then reconnect this shiuld revert you back

When you do a factory reset

Then you can reenroll after

yeh that dont work, and from what iv read so far, you need the OSU but only after the OSU has been updated so its in front of the insider update, as it ques the insider update first, iv been un-enrolled for about a couple weeks now, installed a fresh HDD and tried to use the OSU, still get the error and after searching online seems plenty are having the same issue and you need the updated OSU, a simple reset doesnt work

That's the problem though. I follow those instructions, and the OSU1 isn't the latest update! The version of the OSU1 is what I currently have on my xbox. Then it asks to update. I've already tried this.

PLEASE UPDATE THE OSU1 TO THE LATEST BUILD!

Just information update, someone confirmed the 7196 is on public, but osu1 is not available for now. Not know how long to wait. Very frustrating. Please make it quick.

Can’t you offline update the Xbox one **** system via USB contains the OSU1 Latest update file from Xbox support because it has different language in the OSU1 update
