You need to wait anywhere from 6-8 weeks for this deal. Since you just purchased it on April 29th it's only been about 4 weeks. They can arrive anywhere from middle of June to the end of June going by the timeline you've purchased this promotion on.

The date 29th of June is incorrect on the wiki.

We have yet to announce a release for 1.7.3.
