    OS downgrade after quit insider program ERROR


    I was in insider program, today I quitted. Now my console is trying to downgrade to "normal user" OS that is older, Xbox sees this and generates an error

    0x8B05000F 0x00000000 0x90070007
    I asked to support but they can't help me to solve this problem. All the
    procedures on Xbox site didn't work (refactor and offline update). Any ideas?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issues with the console after leaving insider. We recommend trying to reach out to the

    insider forum    . If unable to get on the forum as you left the program, may have to reach out to support.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Hi, I solved my problem. As I said the problem was the console triyng to downgrade, so I waited a new update and it worked. If you have the same problem just wait an update with higher os version than yours. Thanks all
