Is there a way I can have my points refunded so that I could spend them on a different game now that I have been gifted Halo 5 in real life?

Xbox Spring (Autumn) Sale

When the prices drop Digitally it seems to impact the Physical copies as well.

I was looking at picking up "HALO 5" for £21.50 digitally but then realised it was now £17.00 for a hard copy.

Pretty game. Even better deal.

So before you go and buy something digitally make sure you check what the discount has done to the price of a hard copy and make sure you get the best deal.

I received a code for Spartan **** when I bought Halo 5 digitally, but I forgot to redeem the code.

Is there a way to retrieve this code? I want to play this game

You will have to call support but if you downloaded the digital copy it is doubtfull your best option is to sell your disk copy

Yeah they said you can trade the Halo 5 X1 digital copy for the physical copy. They told me its not a Limited Edition, but I have all the Limited Edition stuff but its not a Limited Edition.

I dont understand. If it is a Physical copy then you have the game on the disc, so you just have to put the game in your console whenever you want to play. If you mean this because of the play anywhere, this only applies with digital copies, so you wont
be able to download the digital copy of halo wars 2 if you have a physical copy. That edition comes with halo wars 1 remaster as digital and halo wars 2 as physical.

Fyi the reason they are doing this is because you got a prepaid to predownload it with the collectors edition rather then a disk

The limited edition is a disk copy vs the collectors was a code with physical items like the guardian etc
