Original Xbox One turning off when playing a game

When I start playing any game after 3 minutes or more my Xbox just completely turns off. This only happens with games nothing else. Netflix, YouTube and other apps work fine I can stay on for hours without any problem, I've been having this problem for like
about a week. I recently realized that when I'm not signed in into a account "sometimes" not all the time, Instead of my Xbox turning off the game just crashes. This happened only like 2 times when I was signed into a account but ever since it's been turning
off when signed in. I agree this problem is very weird, but I think what's causing this problem is the latest update that was released with changes with the
Game DVR and Miscellaneous.This makes a lot more sense why this problem happening. Before the forums was updated I came across another person with the Xbox One S and he had the same exact problem as me and he only had his Xbox for a month. It's
not my Xbox console nor my power supply I already proved it myself. I moved my Xbox somewhere else and still the same. I have done everything there is nothing else for me to try.

Xbox turning off by itself when playing a game

I got my xbox one in December and working fine until late June/early July. I play my game and 30 minutes in it shuts down completely. I turn back on and same issue, 30 minutes in or sometimes the second I turn it on. Someone please help!

As long as your original Xbox One was online and you have not changed any of the game save settings then all of your game saves will be held on the Microsoft servers and will be downloaded to your new console when you start playing a game when signed in
with your profile.

One console shuts off unexpectedly<<. Does this issue happen in all games or only certain ones? If it's specific games, have you tried >>uninstalling<< the
games, >>power cycling<< your console, and reinstalling to see if the issue persists?

If none of the above steps provided help, another option to try is to >>factory reset<< your Xbox One
console.

I already did that, I did everything. Like I said this is an update problem.

If not, and you've completed a factory reset like Miss Bijoux suggested, then the console will need to be replaced. The fastest way to do that will be if you are still within the warranty period with the retailer you purchased it from. If you aren't, the
