    Original Xbox One stuck on Green boot up screen.


    I was playing SOT a day ago on my xbox, then this morning when trying to boot my xbox back up it just stays stuck on the green Xbox loading screen. I've hard reset, unplugged everything multiple times, to no avail. I haven't applied any new updates and I'm
    not part of the insider program so I don't have that new update either. What can I do?

    Green Screen of DEATH fix!

    Just entered green screen. It's been like this (XBOX ONE boot up screen) for 10 hours. Everything was fine yesterday, just got the new Minecraft (HUGE WORLDS) and the Blu-Ray of Scarface, went to turn it on today, and still stuck on the green screen, any

    im also having this problem today my xbox one s has been getting stuck on the green screen of death and when it boots up the dash freezes all the time and my games have been crashing a lot so i have decided to factory reset it and now im stuck on 50% preparing
    console screen hour and a half i have been stuck on this screen

    Hello! I hope our ambassadors option was helpful, most of the time this happens, its because the xbox no longer has the software that our systems require in order to function properly. Here's a link for the Offline
    update incase you need a shortcut. You can also try doing a factory reset which is a little easier. Here is the instructions on how to do a
