    Hey Original Xbox One - power chime audible, but power light no longer appearing - power brick ... :)

    Had my xbox since day 1, and now it wont turn on...just called Xbox and they said its out of warranty and have to pay $192 which im super unhappy about considering how much I dropped on release day...

    Power brick light is orange, when i hit the power button, it turns white, and then after 10-20 seconds, it goes back to orange.

    Xbox one power button light never lights up, but I can hear the chime.

    Sometimes the power button make no sound, but if I unplug the powerbrick then plug it back in, i hear the chime again..

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Microsoft, could you please just fix this for me?

    xbox one has just died

    I had just loaded up Zoo Tycoon When my console lost power. The power brick light was off so I unplugged all cables to reseat them. After plugging in the power to power supply, I noticed there was an orange light on the power supply unit. As soon as I plug
    the power lead into the xbox one the power light goes off on the power brick and no light appears on the xbox one unit itself. What is my next step?

    xbox one powering off

    my xbox one will turn on with the chime but will chime again and power off without the command. when i plug the power supply in and the light turns orange and when i power it on the light turns white but will turn back orange and power the console.

    I have xbox one would it work on 240 and 110 voltage?

    You would need a power converter, as Microsoft no longer produce the power bricks for the original Xbox One

    Hi there, you can try to clear the cache on your Xbox one.

    1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
    2. Unplug the power brick from the back of the Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to expel any remaining power and clear the cache.
    3. Plug in the power brick.
    4. Let another minute pass. If you're using an original Xbox One (as opposed to an Xbox One S or One X), watch for a small white light to appear on the Xbox One's power brick (the rectangular part of the power cord). Once the white light turns orange, you
      can turn your Xbox One back on. If you're using an Xbox One S or One X, just wait out the minute and turn it on afterwards.

    Are you talking about an Original Xbox One with a power brick? if so you can get a new power brick for the region you are in. The biggest problem will be finding one as they are no longer made by Microsoft/Xbox
