Original Xbox One Keeps Dropping From Xbox Live

Just started experiencing this issue today. I will be playing online and I lost connection to xbox live. My internet is working, there is another xbox here that works just fine through our wireless connection. I even reset the mac address and now when
I try to sign into xbox live, it will sign me out of my account. I tried plugging in a hardwired connection and the xbox won't even pick that up.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any online game is basically unplayable for me right now.

Xbox one keeps dropping from Xbox live

everytime i go on to any game or app I'll go an play it for about two minutes and then it will kick me off Xbox live. I have tried everything on YouTube and Xbox support and still no luck

 

Having the exact issue with mine. Happens across 360 platform games as well.

 

I have the xbox one x amd so far not a single time has dropped

The most common reason for this happening is some kind of connection problem with your network.

I would give the steps in either of these support pages a try and see if they help with resolution of the issue.

• “I need help with my Xbox One network connection”

• "I can't hear my friends online, or I can't join or host a multiplayer game with my Xbox One"

This is becoming serious BS. I keep receiving, regardless of what game I'm playing across either xbox 1 or 360 platforms, "disconnected from xbox live" message. Can not play any game for more than 20 seconds before getting disconnected. None of the other
troubleshhoting procedures have assisted. WTH is going on?

I would first try to reset connection to router and while doing this i would power cycle console after internet is done rebooting connect to console through wired. And re test connection. If issue prosist u may need to contact your ISP To see if its on
there side.
