Original xbox one disc issue

Hi there thanks for this but ive also done this and no effect...

When i press the game the screen comes up and says this may take a minute quickly followed by another screen saying to make sure you have the right to play the game and that the disc is properly in.

Which it is and which the game was bought brand new with my own account....

Nothing seems to be working yet the game installed properly...

If that doesn't work, then I'd try to remove your profile and then re-add it, if a full power cycle like recommended
above, doesn't help.

Also, verify there isn't an update for it. That can sometimes cause issues like this.

overall performance of the game. Unfortunately, these cached files can get corrupted over time which can lead to things like freezes, game loading errors or connectivity issues

Perform a hard reset and power cycle your console. Hold down the power button on the console for 10 seconds while it shuts down. Then remove the power cable from the outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect everything and boot back up.
