    Original Xbox Insiders Program !!!


    Before i get told off i just want to ask if theres any users here that used to parcipitate in or remember the xbox 360 version of insiders & if there was one how much similar it is/was to what we now where you have to signup via an app on the console.

    This is just a knowledge post really as i cant really find much information on it online unless anyone has any archived links.

    When does the xbox one x get the avatar editor update?

    Is her One S enrolled in the Insider Program? She may not be but if the console was pre owned by someone who is in the insider program and the avatar beta app is installed, she will have it.

    Xbox One original, Xbox One S and Xbox One X all can install the avatar beta app, it is not console specific. Check the Insider Hub App and enroll if it shows up for your ring.

    So with your Original Post you stated they mentioned you should seek for help from preview support. Maybe the agent that assisted you was able to see you were enrolled in the Preview program.

    Go ahead and take a look at the
    Xbox Insider Program FAQ     for more information on the program. And use the previous link to provide feedback regarding these issues if you are enrolled.

    Original Xbox On update problem.

    It sounds like the original xbox one that updates very often is enrolled in the insiders program where you get preview updates before others. If you want to unenroll please open the preview app and select the option to unenroll this xbox from the program
    and the next update will be the regular public build.

    About the network error, if you turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds and reboot does it still happen? Can you try the Network connection test in Settings > Network to be sure it doesn't say "hardware problem" after that reboot?
