Original Xbox GT breaks backwards compatibility

I recently changed my Gamertag to one of the abandoned Gamertags that were recently recycled - since doing so, I have been unable to use backwards compatibility. When I try to load up an Xbox 360 game, I am given a message telling me to re-download my account
but when I try to do that, I am told that original Xbox accounts are no longer supported.

Backwards Compatibility voting/list/forums/xbox feedback will not allow you to post any new post/suggestions

can you just add it >>>add "Metal Arms" to Backwards Compatibility

Sorry to hear you're having trouble! To clear this up please follow the steps in this

Xbox One Backward Compatibility Troubleshooter to clear local Xbox 360 storage. Once you do that you should be able to redownload your Gamertag and get back to playing. Let us know how it goes

Not all Xbox Original or Xbox 360 Games are Backward Compatible, More games get added once the team has approval and been tested internally.
