Original xbox game ssx3 freezing on xbox one

Greetings,

When I was playing the original xbox game ssx3 (the snowboarding game) on the xbox one for some reason whenever I play as the character Griff on there the game freezes like there is a scratch on the disc even though this is a digital game. All other characters
are fine to play on but for some reason the game continually freezes within a few minutes past start up whenever I use that character.

- Whenever it happens I backout and quit then restart the game. I assume its some sort of data corruption with his character data.

- I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it but it never fixes the problem.

- I have done everything I can think of short of deleting all my saved data and starting over but I really don't want to do that because of the progress I have made.

How do I fix or solve this issue without deleting my data? Any ideas I am at my whitsend with this because I really enjoy this game and playing as that character. What can be done to fix this?

It seems that this bc game has the same issue in other platforms as well so that makes it an in-game issue. I suggest you to post at the game developer's forums to get some help.

I am a user who lives in Korea. I have xbox one x, xbox360 and old xbox.

In the South Korean store of xbox one x, SSX3 has been informed that it has backward compatiblity.

I have a physical disk of SSX3. The physical disk of SSX3 works well on old xbox, but when I start the disk on XBOX ONE X, XBOX ONE X will lead as follows. "This disk does not work in this area. Check the area."

Of course, the disc is brand new, there is no apparent scratch, and the region code for SSX3 is NTSC / J.

XBOX STAFF should resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Can't wait for the new SSX! Loved playing ssx, ssx tricky, ssx3 on ps2/xbox - this new one is going to be something special for fans of the series I think!

Are you having a problem with rage 2 or the xbox one OS?. The rage 2 game has had moments of freezing but restarting the game normally fixes it and seems to only happen on the original I have it on my original and S and it does crash on occasion on the
original.
