Courtney, I thank you very much for helping You were right on the money, it was the controllers, the other controllers arrived, and they worked a charm. and that sounds right about the other controllers, but I wonder if I can fix that drift in the Joystick?

This is my first time on this fantastic site, Courtney I have been pretty busy lately and I will just ask you, 'I see this is Microsoft site, or is it anything computer or electrical? Can anyone just come on and get help with anything Microsoft?

I understand the problem they present, and I know that this is a way to entertain themselves and have a different time. I want you to try the new controls and tell me if the problem is solved or if it still persists. It is possible that the problem is the controls, since it is common for these same controls mentioned above to have a drift in the Joystick, so they can sometimes move on their own and cause this type of problems.

I have bought an original Xbox console on Ebay, My son plugged it in to the Television and put (Brute Force) game in and everything was ok until it came to playing the game, pre-game video was ok, then the man with gun came on screen and the man just started spinning I had no control of the controller, we put in a different controller then a different game and it still spun around with no control, so my son cleaned the points with an ear stick and alcohol, to no avail.

We thought straight away it was the controllers at fault, so we contacted the seller of the Xbox and he said, I will send you 2 more controllers. We get the other controllers on Monday, but if it's the console, and it's an easy fix, then we won't send it back, that's the position I'm in,

I'm a retired postman who wakes up at 3-4am every morning so anything I can get to keep me busy until the sun comes up is great for me as there is not much on in Australian television in early mornings, hope everything is good where you are Courtney. and I thank you for reading my letter and responding so fast, I really do appreciate it very much.

Im not really a fan of driving games, but i did play Forza 3 using my headset and it was better then the television, personally i use my headset all the time now on the Xbox as its generally all round better then my television speakers
