Original Xbox Backwards Compatibility and what else to add on Xbox Game Pass

For the Xbox community,

I notices that there are more Xbox 360 games to play on Xbox One than Original Xbox. I am totally wishing for more Xbox Classics to be playable on Xbox One and later on for the upcoming Xbox Series X.

You could add:

Halo 1

Halo 2

Rainbow Six: Lockdown

Rainbow Six: Critical Hour

Mechassault 1

Mechassault 2

Grand Theft Auto III

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

Call of Duty 1: Finest Hour

Call of Duty 2: Big Red One

Another thing I am really hoping for is at least be able to get some games, like Rainbow Six Vegas (1&2) and Siege, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (1&2) Remastered and Cold War, Battlefield: Modern Combat, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for the Xbox Game
Pass.

Thats because one yoi gotta remember licenses expire

So the developer may not have permission from the publisher anymore or the developer isnt around 20 years is a very long time

Ms has to ask the developers first for a patch

Also should be noted that bc is actually on hold till after the x series release

Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 was a childhood favourite of mine. Original Xbox games are what I personally want the most to be added to Game Pass and the backwards compatibility library.

Honestly it would be swert if they could add achievements to any of the original Xbox games that they male backwards compatible.

I would NOT assume that Microsoft will not add backwards compatibility for the original Xbox to the Xbox One. This type of backwards compatibility is technically feasible. It would just cost Microsoft money and time to build it. If you want Microsoft to
