Discus and support Original Xbox Backward Compatibility in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Can we get backward compatibility for the original Xbox game "Deathrow" on Xbox One?     Original Xbox Backward Compatibility


    Can we get backward compatibility for the original Xbox game "Deathrow" on Xbox One? I absolutely LOVE that game.

    Is it safe to assume that Microsoft will not add backwards-compatibility for regular XBox games (not 360)?

    I would NOT assume that Microsoft will not add backwards compatibility for the original Xbox to the Xbox One. This type of backwards compatibility is technically feasible. It would just cost Microsoft money and time to build it. If you want Microsoft to
    build it the best thing you can do is ask them to Original Xbox Backward Compatibility :)

    Mercenaries is a Xbox Original game, I'm not sure if it can be played on the Xbox 360, some xbox original games are no longer compatible with Xbox 360 backward compatibility.

    I know that me personally I have a lot of original Xbox games that I wish were backwards compatible as well as a few 360 games that havnt became backwards compatible so honestly any original Xbox game they made backward compatible would be fine by me.
