    i already update my xbox 360 to the dashboard 2.0.17349.0 and what i want is the code to restore my console to the factory default to remove the family passcode my 360 was given to me and i dont know who it belonged to before and my xbox 360 is an original
    one with no hdmi just to clarify

    Is the passcode on an Xbox 360 or the passkey on the Xbox One. If it is in fact the family passcode on the Xbox 360. You can follow this Guide to

    reset the passcode on the Xbox 360    .

    If it is a Family Passcode for your Xbox 360 console, it will not carry over to your Xbox One console.
