will all original xbox games that played on 360 play on xbox one?

The new 360 version of Live never worked with any BC original Xbox game. The guide button was even disabled, the only thing that worked was in some games(that I had) the in game Live friends list.

discontinued to allow for changes that were not possible without dropping original XBOX support.

Everything that worked
on the XBOX platform worked on the 360 platform up to (or nearly up to) the date the service was discontinued for original XBOX systems. Original XBOX games could buy DLC in-game, they could download content, voice chat worked in-game, etc.[quote user="NadoHawk6"]and
HDMI won't make a difference since the games are still in their old formats.[/quote]Eh, not exactly. On the 360, original games get 2x AA for free from the emulator. If you want to play ALL original titles, though, an original XBOX is the way to go.

 

A full list of Original Xbox games that will be backwards compatible with the Xbox One has yet to be released. At this time only Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge is confirmed, to my knowledge. It has been said that Xbox One support for Original Xbox
games would be less extensive than the Xbox 360 compatibility.

 

It would be awesome if they could, We will have to wait and see.

 

it wont be all og xbox games, its a lot more limited due to licensing

what games will come we dont know other than crimson skies and fusion frenzy, we'll find out more later in the year

 

Thanks guys, I was exited after hearing the announcement. I may have been a bit optimistic about the amount of games that will be available. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
