Original star wars battlefront 2

I recently purchased the original star wars battlefront 2 from live for the 360 and the game will only download to 80% then say cannot download game and doesn't give an error code. I have tried all the troubleshoot steps in the support pages and it didn't
help. When i check the storage it says unknown game with the warning icon and in the description it says corrupted. I downloaded a game before and another after and both games downloaded no problem. I have made attempts to contact support but I am unable to
contact through the available options except this one. How do i get my game or a refund?

Try removing any unfinished downloads from your download list, then log out and sign back in.
