Original Star Wars battlefront 2 still fails to download to my Xbox 360

Well it's. Been 1 month now ...

still ll fails to download after 80%

i don't want to have to fork out $60 for a physical copy as the digital version is just $15

i can't believe how bad the Xbox support is

i bet nobody who takes ur call even owns an Xbox

Hi!

Delete incomplete download of the game (yellow mark from System->Storage->Games&Apps).

Try to clear the cache on X360 (Settings->System Settings->Storage->Device Options->Clear System Cache) and try to download the game again.

Hey, I was having the same problems with Star Wars games. Try downloading your game again as it seems they've fixed the issue of them being mislabeled as "Xbox 360 Game" within the last 24hrs. I was able to 100% download and start-up Jedi Knight Academy
which I was having problems with since purchase. I also purchased Battlefront II, which I am going to try downloading now.

 

I am in the same boat. Been on this forum trying to get help. Have three online supports staff that said they would e-mail me an update as soon as they get info back from offline support engineers. I am still waiting for those e-mails weeks later. I have
a thread with all of the support steps they have had me try and keep getting responses from ambassadors and moderators that are repeats of steps I have already done. It is like they can not read or something. I will stay on this for a while keep hounding.
Its like my grandma always said the squeaky wheel gets the grease.....

 

As of 10/25/2018 the download works I just verified it can be downloaded and played. On the xbox 360 as of today.
