    Original Information For My MS Account


    Hi I was just wondering if there is anyway for me to access the ORIGINAL information that I entered when making my account specifically the birth date as I changed my account birth date quite a while ago without
    knowing that this essentially does nothing as MS still uses the original information for purchases etc. the reason being is I am looking to sign up for the Sea of Thieves Beta but my account is too young.

    So basically is there anyway to get the original birth date that I entered for my account? Not for editing just to see what age my account actually is.

    Etc

    Ms hands are tied. If you fail the personal information requirements they cannot hand any information on the account

    And that is the law

    Best way to handle gamertags/accounts for Xbox One

    Hi there Team Physics,

    I'm going to try my best to answer your question. Let's start with..."I would like to use a new gamertag for myself with my existing microsoft account if possible."

    -

    Each gamertag can only be associated with one MS account.

    If you want to use your current MS account with your new tag, the old tag will need be associated with a new MS account. -

    Once the old tag is associated to a new MS account, you can use your MS account on your new tag.

    -

    Any achievements earned/purchased made under the original tag will remain tied/licensed to the original tag.

    If the go by the original information that's good new for me bc then they should know that I started the account. My name birthday and address is the original information on the account. My gamertag is beasy1001 and my email address was

    Unfortunately there is no way that you can add the Hotmail email back to the MS account. Once you removed it from the account since Hotmail is a MS product it attaches it to the account that it is originally setup with once removed it is actually not able
    to be added to another MS account. Including adding it back to the account that it was originally setup on.

    Unfortunately there is no one that can do that for you either.

    You have two roles in a family.

    Parent (adult)- Has to be an account that has a DOB when the account was originally setup that is over the age of majority (18 in most countries). This type of account has control over ANY child that is in the family.

    Child- this is normally an account that the DOB on the account is under the age of majority and as long as that DOB is below the age of majority it is by law required to be in a family with an adult account.

    As far as Xbox profiles are concerned the DOB on a Microsoft (MS) account when it is originally setup is set in stone and can not be changed even if you go into the MS account website and change the DOB on the account it will still see the DOB when it was
    originally setup as the DOB for the profile on the Xbox.

    So with this information in mind what exactly are you trying to do?
